2. Payment


Please select your payment option at checkout.

We accept the following form of payment:

  • Credit Card (Only One-time payment is available.)

  • Bank Transfer (Advance payment is required.)
    We enclose a receipt from the cash register. If you wish a receipt, please mention it in the message box. It will be attention the person whom the payment is received from for your order and it will be also enclosed in the parcel.


  • Credit Card Payment
    We accept credit card payment by JCB, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Transaction security is ensured through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security system. We will contact you by phone if the name of credit card holder is not matching your name or the name of recipient for a security purpose.


  • Bank Transfer
    Our bank account details will be provided within an auto-reply email message for your order confirmation. Please complete the payment within 7 business days from the date of your order. - We are not responsible for bank charge. - Your order will be shipped after the payment is received. - Your order will be cancelled automatically, if the payment is not received within 7 days from the date of order. - Please provide the name of your bank account, if different.


3. Delivery

  • Delivery Carrier
    Your order will be delivered by JP Express. We do not accept International orders to deliver overseas. If you have any special instructions or requests on the schedule of your delivery, please include that in the message box ‘Add Comments About Your Order.’

  • Shipping Charge
    800 Yen (Flat rate all over Japan/ Tax incl.) If you have multiple shipping addresses, please place orders per address and you will be charged shipping fee at each time .

  • Shipping Schedule
    Your order will be shipped once the payment is confirmed. We will email you as soon as it’s been shipped.Do note that, although our shop stock is reviewed on the Website, it might not be updated and that the items you have ordered could be no longer available (sold-out), due to system lag. Also, confirming your credit card payment may take longer, which delays the process. For any issues about your order that need to be resolved, we will contact you.


4. Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns policy


Please check your order items and contact us by email within 3 days after receiving your goods to request for an exchange. We will only accept returns of:- Unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise; or - Manufacturer-defective merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging with tags still attached. We will inspect all items returned as damaged or defective, and contact you with further instructions regarding refund, replacement, and shipping handling fees.
